The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Specific times are noted in the item descriptions
I ship through the following carriers: USPS (usually) , FedEx, USPS, and DHL (for scarves)
Estimated shipping times:
United States: 3-5 business days
Canada: 6-14 business days
Overseas: 10-21 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Shipping on US orders is free for all items. For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated when you order.
Non USA Buyers are responsible for any customs, duty, brokerage fees and import tax that may apply. Delays due to customs are not my responsibility.
If the item arrived damaged, I will replace it. Contact me right away and I will work to resolve the issue.
I accept returns within 30 days of the date the item was shipped with the exception of sale items and custom or personalized orders, which may not be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the package’s value is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I will only refund items that I have received back.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
