This is a great find if you're looking for farmhouse décor ideas
You've come to the right place for pig canvas wall art, and paper prints too.
Mister Piggy is dressed as any pig would have been back in late 18th century America. If you’re looking for farmhouse décor ideas, you will love my colorful piggies and other farm animals; they’re a fun spin on the theme. As a tabletop feature, the paper prints work great. My pig canvas wall art is great as a feature piece in a larger size. Whichever way you go, these cute piggies will brighten your day with their presence. If you’re interested in other dressed farm animals, you can check out my goats, and also Captain Rooster.
I originally created my farm animal paintings for the Beekman Boys, (Brent Ridge and Josh Kilmer). They were two city boys who bought a farm in Sharon Springs, a small town in western New York. With a lot of hard work and a creed of kindness, they started a business called Beekman 1802. They made calendars and notecards with them. The piggies were two of the twelve images in this Barnyard Royalty Collection. Mr. Piggy was chosen as a limited edition pillow at Target.
Brent’s favorite was my portrait of Polka Spot, a diva lhama that lived a full, pampered life on their farm in Sharon Springs. I used a painting of John Singer Sargent’s as a model for Polka Spot. She loved her outdoor life, and it seemed right to have her elegantly standing in the field, wind blowing her shawl.
Lady Piggy is the perfect companion for the Mister.
